Spent 40 minutes waiting on this lady calling her bossjust to be told they don't look up W-2s unless it's specifically ADP. Women kept talking over me couldn't even really explain my situation. Very unprofessional.i will not be using Jackson Hewitt in the future
Preparing my taxes took over 3 hours. The tax preparer was very friendly and helpful she even allowed me to use a discount code I found online, which I really appreciate. When I received the direct deposit it was 500. less than what the preparer had told me originally due to an error they found. Update, fast forward! I definitely will NEVER go HERE ever again!
