Wasn't happy with the service, young man looks like young boy not professionally dress. Did not have a copy machine was using his own personal phone to take pictures of my ID and social security card. And never saw him deleted, and I asked Because he claimed the copy machine did not work. He said my refund awas $247 and you were charging me for taxes service $270. They messed up on my taxes, when you call the number to try to get a hold of somebody, nobody ever returns your call
The tax preparer MONIGUE FLORES was great. She was so helpful and got me in and out quickly. She explained as she walked me threw the steps and let me know what i could claim to get the maximum amount back. She explained the benefits of downloading the app so i could have tax papers at my fingertips. She was easy to talk to and i highly recommend her to my friends and family.
Just got my taxes done by Monique and let me tell you..My experience was phenomenal..She was very professional and answered all my tax related questions..I was kinda hesitant getting my taxes done in a Wal-Mart kiosk, however Monique made them fast and easy with positive and outstanding results..I would strongly recommend anyone who is like me and (doesn't like to wait, but wants outstanding results)to give it a shot..Thank you for taking the time and reading my review and have a BLESSED day..!!
