They had a little mixup with appt.putting me in computer.got over looked.but,did find me .I contacted the offc and reported no one present for my appointment. Not aware a representative was on lunch break. she not made aware that she had a customer waiting. Young lady was very apologetic, was not aware of my appt.she.spoke with people at the office. The service was amazing along with how cheaper it is than most services… but the worst part was, and sorry for this unrelated mini rant, how disgusting Stephanie Freeney was constantly sniffing throughout the duration of the filing process as if she had a serious sinus infection nonstop throughout that I was repulsively uncomfortable and could barely contain my disdain and unleashing my blind rage by the end of it.
