Edit: Love the automated response as if this was a good review. What a joke. Why would you let me book an appointment on a day that you're closed, send me constant email and text updates reminding me of my appointment, and make me wait there sitting for 30min before a store employee came and told me they were closed. Horrible experience, last time I'm using Jackson Hewitt!
Very personal experience followed by professional knowledge of tax returns. Katelyn was so nice to work with and very patient with elderly people as I am. Will continue to use her for my taxes again next year. I will also recommend her to family and friends.
