Alexis was great and very fluent with my taxes. Especially with my two states. Answered all my questions and was pleasant!
Just had my taxes done here. It’s not a permanent location, just a kiosk in the mall, near Teddy B’s popcorn. Doesn’t offer the most private setting, but the mall is pretty quiet. The lady I worked with was very nice. I set up an appointment online before hand for drop off, and she offered to do the while we wait. Took about an hour, (what I expected as I had a lot of stuff).
Worst experience ever - it was so bad I got up and left after the third time he (not sure of his name because he never introduced himself) had to call his supervisor to ask yet another simple question. His English was so bad I personally talked to his supervisor twice. Please do not waste your time.
