I have been with them for years and this year I went to get my advance like every year and it was denied, it felt so horrible, please do not count on the advance they offer this year, I believe they switched banks this year to Republic bank and it has been Meta bank, Republic bank denies everyone.
My husband was scheduled to go in at 6pm. No one was there. He was never called or anything. This is very inconvenient.
