I got Mary and she worked hard and patiently to get me the best discounts and the highest return. She is very kind and has a big heart. Turbo Tax for me was more expensive with less returns. Also I didn't have to do all the work! It's $50 if it's your first time and you get $50 for referrals so that's a win!

To be honest I was not pleased and am still very dissatisfied. I came to your company because of several things occurring during this last tax year and I wanted a professional to do my taxes. I needed both the federal and state taxes (Oregon) since I moved to Washington mid-year. The tax preparer may have done my federal return correctly, but used the wrong form for my Oregon return. They used the Oregon form 40, not the form 40-P which is for part time residents. This resulted in a mistake of over $1900. The error was found... read more
