This lady didn't have a clue how to do my taxes, she had to ask her boss how to do everything. I had to point out the things she missed. Then she wanted almost $500 to do a simple return. $150 more than the year before for the same return. I schedule an appointment to have a professional tax accountant do my taxes, i didn't get that. What a huge waste of time.
