I planned to return to this location the following day only to find they gave me the wrong hours that they were open. Then the tax preparer was not transparent about how she filed my taxes, only "assured" me it would be the best possible way. Do not recommend 👎
Waited 30mins, no one was there. Also no sing indicating if they were on lunch or a break.

I went to JH in Walmart to file my taxes. I have 2 suggestions for the customers...1) Ask about pricing, it was definitely more than I expected with their advertising. I paid about $650 as a new customer. 2) Ask questions! My tax preparer was nice but she rushed through my return. She didn't tell me what kind of options I had until I asked what a "premium package" was. My biggest concern with my visit was that my child care was almost overlooked. Always a great service when it's time to do my taxes. Marcia here at the Gallup Walmart location is always available and is very helpful. Come to her every year. She is so friendly look forward to next year.
