My tax return is a little more complicated than the average. I have never had them done by Jackson Hewitt. The reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is because it hasn't gone thru the whole process with the IRS yet.
Incompetence and ignorance at it's finest. Not only promised us a cash advance loan that was denied BUT screwed up our tax return and then wouldn't own up to their errors.
