Main office very uninformative about what I needed to have when taxes were getting,tried to charge 3 times the amount I was quoted,and not having a closed office was very annoying.Will not ever use this company again!!!!

Last year I had a very good experience with the company. I was expecting the same employee this year, as she was patient and explained everything to me. Unfortunately, I got someone else. The appointment was supposed to last an hour, but they did it in 15 to 20 minutes. Everything I asked for was barely answered. They didn't put in all my information. I'm really disappointed
Extremely expensive to file. Cost $1500 for my basic filing. I’ve been going to them for many years now but I don’t think I will again. I filed this year and last and it was $3000 to do both. I’ve already found two places cheaper by almost half the price.
