I had an appointment and apparently I interrupted the person's free time as he was surprised when I showed up. He put away his personsl computer as I sat there waiting. He never said hello. He then looked at my paperwork and looked confused. He kept looking over it, multiple times. Then said it's advanced and will cost $600. When I asked why it was considered advanced he said because you have interest. I said on your chart, advanced includes rental property and other things we don't have.
