We've been here for regular tax prep and recently had an issue arise from the IRS so we brought it up to Jackson Hewitt again, and they went above and beyond to make sure we knew what we needed to do and what steps to take to ensure we were able to move forward properly. Thank you Larry and Tamarah! You guys are wonderful.
Very courteous. They let me drop off the my information without an appointment. They couldn't help me but told me what to do to get it settled. They didn't charge me but their advise worked and the situation was settled.
