Terrible customer service given by an untrained worker and her oblivious manager. It was obvious the worker had no proper training and the manager publicly shamed the worker in front of me. Calling her out for using Google to research how to submit documents in their own Jackson Hewitt software. The worker accepted numerous personal phone calls and texts while working on my file with me sitting acrossthe desk from her. In which the worker again was called out by her manager in front of me. My experience with this place was extremely disappointing. The supervisor, Onika (if I have the name correct), demonstrated very poor organizational and communication skills. It often felt like there was a lack of direction and understanding of basic responsibilities. Overall, the level of professionalism and competence was far below expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others.

I absolutely love Jackson Hewitt! Linda has been my tax preparer for 20 years! She is as sharp as tac! Knowledgeable, friendly and always make sure I get the highest refund! I will continue to go Linda until she retires. Then I guess I’ll have to do them myself! But I highly recommend the office on 84th and pecos!
