Ive been getting my taxes done here for the last two years and this is the first year I’ve ever done referrals. Well here I am over a month later and still didn’t get my referral money. I was told it’s be in my email, nope and then I was told it’d be mailed to me in a check, nope. I’m upset because I loved getting my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt but this is a big issue, don’t promise people money and not pay.
Friendly staff person. Everything seemed to go well.
She was well infomed and efficient. Very pleasant.
