Outstanding customer support, they explained how everything worked and broke it all down for me so I wasn’t confused on what I was getting back and what taxes I owed.
The only reason I gave them a 4 is because the service fee was outrageous even with a discount but the agent that assisted me told me a lot of information I wasn't aware of which is the only reason I didn't decide to do my taxes myself this year instead.
