Had a good experience. The lady was very knowledgeable and nice. She was very professional and answered all our questions. Overall very good experience. Will definitely use them again!
The person was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Also, the new building enhanced the experience. I would recommended Jackson Hewitt to anyone wanting the most for your money. Everyone in our family goes because they know they get the best outcome.
For the record, my “one-star” review is only because no “zero-star” is an option. Although the average person might sense our experience couldn’t possibly happen, not only is every aspect entirely accurate, but I challenge anyone at Jackson-Hewitt to prove otherwise. My wife booked our appointment for Friday, March 15 at 10 am.
