I needed to file for 2023 and 2024. I was told the fees for filing was $900.00 and could possibly be more once I filed my state. I NEVER finished filing my taxes. Went in twice to file my taxes. First time was an appointment. Second time was to finish. She never filed my state. I asked if I needed to come back to file my state. Was told "if you want too". Went to the location inside of Walmart due to not having a vehicle. Definitely won't be going back next year.
Very fast and easy PLUS the lady Barnhart was very polite and explained everything step by step !!
Jadelyn was wonderful! She took the time to make necessary calls and walk us through a form we hadn't known we needed to bring.
