The agent was knowledgeable, helpful and answered my questions. However advertising as to cost was misleading. A goodgle ad stated cost would range from $50 to $149. However, if you have anything even a little complicated like a small side business, it can be $100's more. I was initially charged over $600. In previous years, I used another accountant and had a very complicated farm business and was never charged more than $150. (I had all my info organized.) I went to the office in Blackstone Va. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Ms. Terri Robertson, she was absolutely amazing.
They are good but I DO NOT LIKE THE FEES. 500+ . It goes up every year.
I have had great customer service with great attitudes. Terry has been amazing and has done a great job! I will most definitely be coming back!
