Paula was the nicest tax lady. In all the years we have come to Jackson Hewitt we hate tax time because we hate the IRS. This lady made everything so nice. She even gave us a valued client discount. In all the years we been doing taxes the lady before never did that for us. We left not feeling Iike we got robbed $400 plus dollars for an hour of time like we do every year.
I found the tax preparer was courteous and friendly. She entered all my documents into the system, and scanned them as well. She explained the process and ask me if I had any questions. She was also great to ask questions on her end. I would definitely recommend her services to others because she knew what she was doing. 🙂
