The services of Ms Hazelett, met and exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism was also excellent. She explained the process and then discussed the steps to make sure I had given her all the necessary paperwork she needed. All of the staff were nice and friendly and always willing to help answer any tax question I had. I would definitely recommend the Helena West Helena Walmart Jackson Hewitt to anyone for all their tax needs!! Tyesha, Valencia, and Cailyn are all wonderful, sweet, kind ladies and it was a pleasure doing business there!
