Not very happy with JH right now. Financed a house in 2024. Went to file in 25' told me I couldn't use any of my down payment on the house nor interest from April of 24' to December of 24'. So I filed yesterday and told the preparer about that's a raw deal for first time home builders and she was " yeah it happens." I had an appointment and ended up waiting for 45 minutes. Also, I guess the employee was ill and thankfully was wearing a mask. She kept sniffling during the session.
