My appointment was scheduled for 9 AM. I had to wait outside while calling their online support to find out why the office was closed. The staff member showed up 30 minutes late - she was a nice individual, but the delay was extremely inconvenient. I can’t afford to lose time like this. This isn’t the first time-it happened last year too (at a different location). If you’re reading this, explore other options first. Use this place only as a last resort!
Very professional and knowledgeable
Didn’t apply my coupon code for 30% off even though I put it on my intake paperwork. I also told her when I first sat down. Place smelled like 8 blunts were smoked before I came in. I told her I did not want the advanced refund but got it. Pricing was never discussed with me the whole time I was there. NY state still doesn’t have any record of my return (Filed Feb 14th). Called the 1800 number and they left a message with a supervisor to contact me back (never received a call back). I will never use Jackson Hewitt ever again
