This was the worst experience I had at Jackson Hewitt.. My appointment was at Five..I sat there until 7 The old man comes out and says he's going to take a smoke break..smh I just walk I'm not going to give someone my money that doesn't care
I did the drop off paperwork. Taxes were done in a timely manner. Reviewed filing for federal and state taxes. Easy to make an appointment.
I have filed my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for several years and their service is always top quality. I experienced the same quality service for the 2024 tax year, when Matthew Bradbury prepared my taxes. He was very professional, positive, concise and answered my questions with great clarity.
Matt does an outstanding job every year. I will continue to go to him for my taxes.
Even though my tax preparation was straightforward, Mr. Matthew ensured everything was completed efficiently and accurately. My only concern was the total cost, but he took the time to explain the additional fees thoroughly.
