Pleasant customer service

The tax expense was very difficult to get. I was completely blind-sided. Having said so, in all fairness to how the staff dealt with this matter, I have no complaints. The levied taxes, although overwhelming, resulted from a lack of information at the hands of a Colorado tax policy I was not aware of and so, my disappointment was not directed at how Jackson-Hewitt handled my issue. I'll be filing with them again next year.
