Well, I was NOT happy being unable to pay my due taxes with my credit card at the time I had them completed. The agent had no problem taking her $200 fee with the credit card but now I have to do the footwork, paying on-line with no computer at home. H&R Block had NO problem in the past with this, wrapping up everything during my appointment. When I pay for a service I feel that the agent should handle everything. What gives! I’m sorry because the lady that did my taxes was so very sweet so please don’t take this against her. But, if you are charging high fees then you should have employees that know what they are doing. She was the best ever with being polite, sincere and above everything but, she literally knew nothing 😞 she typed with one finger 🤦♀️I was there 3 hours because she had no clue how to input in the right spots.
