I was able to walk right in without an appointment. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the tax preparer. I felt great confidence in my return and LOVED my tax refund!!!
Melissa is awesome! She is friendly and professional! She didn’t rush! My taxes were a bit complicated so she took the time needed to reach out to her supervisor for guidance!

Edit: Thank you Sonya for stepping up to the plate and making things right! I understand and yes sometimes the ball gets dropped. I'll be back next tax season to see you! Very disappointed! I made an appointment and no one was there to do my taxes. I even showed up 15 minutes early just incase they wanted to get a jump start on them. The least they could have done was send me an email or text saying that they couldn't do them today. I even called and left a message that I was there. Very unprofessional.
