I had Melissa B. at Springville, Alabama location at Walmart do my taxes and she was absolutely AWESOME! She was kind, patient, and personable! I hope she is in sane location next year. She represents the company well. The only thing could have been better is the price for it was high compared to other places & is higher each year. It should be based on complication of filing and the income bracket. I paid $325 at their discount to be told I hit no federal snd no state. Easy to access inside Walmart. I spoke to two different people and both were friendly and helpful. Melissa made the process as pain free as possible for taxes.
I was able to walk right in without an appointment. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the tax preparer. I felt great confidence in my return and LOVED my tax refund!!!
