I highly recommend Ashley that works for Jackson Hewitt in Bastrop, Tx. Both ladies that were working greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were with other customers at the time, but let me know they would be with me in a few. She gave me the information to get my pi-pin that I needed. Ashley was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and kind. Then I also needed a 1095a for one of my kids. So she helped me to get that too.
