Michelle was extremely nice and helpful when I came to my appointment. Unfortunately, we had to split up our appointment into 2 sessions because she had another client come in. When I showed up to my second appointment, she had a client there still and told me I’d have to wait 30 min. I rescheduled my appointment and when I arrived I was told the same thing about having to wait.
