Representative was friendly and efficient however I was shocked at fee for service I did get senior discount but $224 for simple tax service seems high. I usually don't have to file I filed this time only to get refund. It cost me half of my refund I will do things differently if I ever file again like going online $224 was a big bite for limited income.
Ashley was very knowledgeable, and made the experience quick and easy. Took care of my return promptly. I really appreciate that, and look forward to using your services in the future. Thank you again.
