Always a please doing business with Tom and his team. Jackson Hewitt has handled our taxes since 2004…..and I will never go anywhere else.
Would not recommend unless you yourself are a tax pro and willing to go over your returns and double check everything they submitted. I pay a tax accounting firm to ensure my taxes (which are not particularly complicated at this point) are done correctly and there are no mistakes. Unfortunately Jackson Hewitt filed my taxes incorrectly to the tune of a 5 figure error with the net result being owing several thousand dollars as opposed to getting a refund - not due to an error but rather incompetence(don’t know any other word ... read more
