Its abundantly clear that the only people these "professionals" hate more than their customers is themselves. Abominable lack of communication, lack of results, lack of professionalism, lack of decorum. This business isn't fit to be a public restroom, never mind a tax office.

Managers boyfriend was in the office the whole time and was the one who handed my husband our papers while wearing sweatpants and a backwards hat. Would NOT recommend.
