I was overcharged. She told me I had to pay in to State, which I've never had to before. So I went to a different tax firm and paid even more money to have them correct my return. Which the new firm got me a refund instead of having to pay in. I called Jackson Hewitt regional manager 3 times asking for a partial refund from their accuracy guarantee. No one ever called me back.
Eryn was amazing. Even with all of our kids present she was professional, extremely helpful and efficient in filing our taxes. She was thorough in explaining everything throughout the process as well.
