Zana was wonderful at explaining everything very clear and made the process easy! 10/10 for sure!!!
It was great
Zana was very good and helped us with a difficult tax return, he was so knowledgeable and was kind and patient. We appreciate all he did to help us get a return and not owe! We were sweating it! If you need your taxes done thoroughly go see Zana! He's great! The only thing that was confusing was if you take the fee out of your taxes it's an extra $55 dollars on top of 149.00 we already had to pay for, we didn't understand the extra charge and it's not cheap. But he was still great! Not his fault!
Mr. Zana Heman was Extremely helpful and professional. Jackson Hewitt is lucky to have him as an employee!
