I was a walk-in and Wendy was pleasant and helpful to start working on my taxes right then. She said she had to ask her supervisor to check some things over before it could be completed. A week later I still hadn’t heard anything, so I stopped by to inquire. She said she still hadn’t heard back, and tried to contact him again with no luck.
