Very poor, the tax preparer made a big error on my return of $4500.00 that I supposedly owed IRS but I caught the error and let them know. After she corrected my return I had a $1631.00 refund, this type of error is not acceptable you should always double check your work. I'm a senior on a fixed income and can't afford an error like this.
Received many different answers. I was told to pick up my taxes at 1 place, and it was another. They said it was done. when we got there, It was not a week later.
The person that did my taxes was OK. The people are OK. The problem is they are offering a service they know nothing about. They offer something called a Serve card which they load your refund onto. My card got locked, cause I tried to take all of my money off and put it in my bank because my bank couldn’t just take it off the card for some reason. Messed up our return. Probably not getting it until April. Brittany the manager is a rude and incompetent. Will never file with them again!
Show up for my appointment to be told ill have to wait cause they are running behind. And there's a appointment in front of me. I'll just use h&R block.
