Christine Yount at the Austin Indiana branch is absolutely the best!!! Knowledgeable, friendly, and helps you with tips for the next year. Have used JH for years but she is one of the two best tax preparers we have had. The other one has retired - her sister.
Absolutely over worst tax service I have ever used! I was over charged, the office was filthy, it took 3 hours for the "tax pro" to do my taxes and it was one w2. There was a hold on my return because of a mistake Jackson Hewitt made and it took the austin Texas office to fix it. I'm in Indiana! I spoke on the phone with the management, was told I would be receiving a 100.00 check from them because of all the issues. That was January this is now may and I've never received it.
