This is my first time using JH and I am extremely disappointed. I filed on 1/23 and on 2/9 I received a letter from the IRS saying that the proper form were not submitted. So now I have to wait even longer to get my refund. And I was never told that my refund was being sent to them and then their bank disburses the money to me. I have never had any other service do that. In my opinion for the money they charge, they shouldn’t make those kind of mistakes.
