Convenient fast dependable service
Had to change my review. My refund for 2024 was not prepared correctly. A very simple step to be completed was missed, no questions asked of me, I was reassured of my questions but the error happened anyway.. in my opinion this shows a high level of incompetence. And if the preparer was too busy and had to rush through my refund, that makes it worse.
We will be returning to Jackson Hewitt next year. The ease, friendly service, and stress-free appointment was extremely appreciated. My father and myself are forever thankful.
I have been going here for 45 years now I think something like that and I would not even think about going anywhere else. These ladies are great They are speedy with great attention to detail. You’re always going to answer any questions and help out in anyway possible they make stress free
