I had a great experience this time at Jackson Hewitt in Livingston Texas. Angel was courteous, informative and explained all forms and gave me a choice of paying. My fiance went several weeks ago and had a terrible experience with a different employee there. He was charged an additional out of pocket $55.00 and wasn't given a choice to pay at the time of service and questioned about not paying and was never informed there was a charge.
