I will never trust google again to insert them selves into a company that they don't know nothing helpful about. I will never go to Jackson Hewitt because they don't know how to honor apts booked if there even open at that location or their hours. their customers service was also not helpful after waiting on hold for a hr while standing in the middle of Wal-Mart after booking online and no one was there in their tiny curtained desk in the middle of an isle.
