The worst. I asked for the previous years AGI so I could file my taxes for 2016 and was told " I can't help you, do NOT come to the office..." I immediately drove to the office and where an incompetent employee was forced by me to call their corporate office so he could be walked through the process step by step. He could do the work, didn't know how to, and rather than ask tried to dismiss me over the phone. The worst.
Whatever you do, don't go to this Leesburg location Jackson Hewitt. This man doesn't know what he's doing. They need to bring back the original crew to this location. Joyce and Carl were amazing and were the reason I continued to come back. At this point, they've lost a loyal customer.

When my wife and I went into Jackson Hewitt, we met with Carl. Carl was respectful, friendly , courteous, & fast. He made sure that he had all of our stuff correct and explained everything so that we understood. I find them very reliable and trustworthy with filing my taxes and I would defiantly recommend people to go to Jackson Hewitt to get your taxes done.
Ms. Joyce such an awesome woman...she does her job and beyond... And they also have a wonderful team she works with as well...I love them
