Buyer beware – RUN, DO NOT WALK away from this tax service My husband and I had our taxes done INCORRECTLY at the Jackson Hewitt (JH) franchise located at 103 Mountain View Drive, Seneca over the period of several years by the owner and other employees. According to the franchise employees and owner we owed a large amount of money to the IRS each time. Each year I told them they had made an error on a specific part of the return. This tax preparer has serious ethical issue. All he cares about is the few hundred bucks of typing work he does for filing. He gave terrible tax advice and resulted in several thousand dollars of tax liabilities first time in my entirely life so he could get paid from the refund. This is the most unethical and incompetent tax preparer ever had and he kept removing reviews that I post. It seems people in this part of the country have a problem with the truth being revealed.
