I suggest you pay attention to what exactly is going on with Jackson Hewitt. You are obviously not paying any attention. You had a wonderful tax person that you forced out and your pathetic excuses of employees that are rude, ignorant, and obnoxious is disgusting. I am done being overcharged for stupidity and the worst experience ever. Get it together. I am also not stopping here.
Teresa at the walmart was awesome . she helped me alot, nice and save me money I didn't know about.
I do my taxes every year with them they always guarantee my money nice and save. Gracie Moreno does mine every year she always very professional very organized shes great with her clients with her preparation and assures me with questions I have misunderstood.well continue doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt as long as she there .

So I have been getting my taxes done at the Mt. Pleasant location since I have been doing my taxes. Never had and issue. This year, the girl messed them up so bad, I had to get ahold of the manger to go through, and redo the whole thing. I would have never known unless I would have called. She never filed my local. I most definitely give Tammy more than 5 STARS! Not only did she provide awesome customer service! I walked in not knowing what to expect and left out with such gratefulness that Tammy went above and beyond in assisting me in my personal tax concerns as well as my business tax concerns.
