I have called several times a day for 2 weeks. I have sent messages online many times. I have sat in there for 30 minutes and I still have not been able to make a testing appointment. This is ridiculous I know it's not supposed to be fun but this is crazy. It didn't used to be this way
I went to get a new tag for my utility trailer. It was really easy to go in and get a number. I was seen in less than 5 minutes. The clerk was so friendly and helpful!!! She explained other services that were offered their and I need to go back! Thank you so much for a pleasant experience!
No one answers the phone or returns voicemail messages. Update: This office does not monitor or answer incoming calls or have a staff member dedicated to answering calls from public. You must leave a voicemail in order to receive a call back which is not communicated in their phone system. They do however have someone dedicated to showing people how to use the simple kiosk in lobby.
