I personally never have had good experiences with the courthouse. but I had to get a new title and a sort of rough situation or complex situation. and the women at the title office were the nicest people I have ever spoken to that is attached to Jackson county courthouse or things of that nature. I really was expecting sort of rude behavior just based off of experiences with DMV license and pastimes at the title office. Ashley in the tag office was extremely helpful and pleasant. Poor Donna in the basement DMV is terribly overworked and does the job of several people, but is so organized that she makes it seem like it’s effortless to her. God bless her.
Not surprised, Customer service is a luxury in government jobs.. Cut me off while trying to ask a simple clarifying question. very rude. Will just do online from now on... Which is probably their intent anyway...
