Bought a car for the first time in Missouri and let me just say that the tax system sucķs! 2 times I've shown up to get assessed so I can continue with the title and registration on this vehicle and both times been told they were full for the day. If you are serving the people and there are so many that you are full by 9am you probably need to think about at least hiring more people. This is ridiculous to have to miss what will be 3 days work just to pay a tax. Jeeze!
