I went there to open an account I had a substantial amount I wanted to buy a cd with a teller named Janet was soo rude. She said the manger may not be able to help you because she hasn't had lunch!. Is that the customer's fault?! She even came from behind the counter to check if the manager I believe her name was Donna had wanted to eat first and asked me in front of everyone for you have your credentials like social security card. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
Take your money anywhere else. Would rate 0 star if possible.
I've banked with them for years. It has always been a good experience.
