Jack took great care in retrofitting me and my wife when i was visiting Elliot Lake. Great service and care and his knowledge on how to pick whats right for you was spot on. Thanks Jack! I am coming back monday to grab a jacket!
Walked right in. Super helpful and pleasant atmosphere with a dog supervisor Tessa on-site! Fixed our bike right away. Lots of other sports gear in the store.
Jack is always responsive, friendly and knowledgeable each time we visit. He has been fantastic to help with my sons bikes, then help us choose a new one for him which he is in absolute love with.. Always helpful with maintenance. He also runs a Downhill bike club (great group!) Very friendly and fun group. Thank you for consistently hooking us up with remarkable customer service!
Not happy brought my bike for tune up and its literally started clicking right away. Left some parts super loose.. and missing lockout switch. We talked about it and hes sure it wasnt him.. ive spent alot of money there will go there only if i need a new bike
