From the initial call with Mark everything went smoothly. Dirk and Zac did our move and they couldn’t have been more helpful. What a great team.
Had the pleasure of using jacks removals again this weekand the service is still top notch,no one likes the hassle of moving,these guys take the worry out of it for you,nothing was too much trouble,very polite and hard working,I have no hesitation in recommending jacks if you are in the position of needing a removalists,happy customer here once again,,thanks guys
The removalist guys were careful inside the house not scratching walls. Sadly the Furniture got damaged in transport and while packed. Large TV has a bend in it, dining table top damaged, dining chair chipped, garden ornament broken. Leather lounge has small rip in it. When I went to complain, the company owner told us …. You have an insurance don’t you !!!! Don’t use this company !!!!!
Second time using Jacks Removals and they didn’t disappoint. First move (Central Coast to Forster) was seamless. Second move (Forster to Forster), we were the last job before Christmas and in a bind—but Mark pulled it all together and made it happen. The team were on time, friendly, and worked incredibly hard. Huge thank you to Mark and the team—highly recommend!
