Poor alteration service. Took brand new $80 pants to be hemmed - tags on. They hemmed them in a different color thread - replaced a double stitched hem with a single stitched hem - left threads hanging out the pants leg - it looks hand sewn as the line is not perfect - insisted on payment before trying on which is not correct protocol and policy at any other alterations place and then would not give a refund.
