Poor alteration service. Took brand new $80 pants to be hemmed - tags on. They hemmed them in a different color thread - replaced a double stitched hem with a single stitched hem - left threads hanging out the pants leg - it looks hand sewn as the line is not perfect - insisted on payment before trying on which is not correct protocol and policy at any other alterations place and then would not give a refund. Jacks has dressed my dad for at lease since jacks opened. Todd is now going to dress my grandson. Jacks is the best in shoes, hats, and suits. This store deserves 5 stars.
