Jacks is basically overpriced Ashley’s furniture. I’ve bought a couch, a wooden bed, and an ottoman there in the past couple years. All three have fallen apart. Most recently our bed’s main support broke in half with two humans that sleep in it not weighing a combined 300 lbs. The manufacturer luckily sent a free support but the labor was not free. The delivery guys let us know that the manager said if it happens again they won’t fix it again. So if the manager is reading this, I hope you know that we won’t be buying anymore... read more

This store has good quality furniture of all the stores in my area. This is why I chose it, and have purchased from them before. However, do not order furniture if you don’t see what you want in the store nor listen to “we can special order it.” I was sold discontinued furniture at full price, even after the manufacturer discontinued what I chose a month prior to the order.
