Friendly and helpful staff. My go to place if I need parts
Bought a e-bike from the team. We loved that the sales people were not pushy… they genuinely wanted us to find the right bike. We took multiple test rides and they did all kinds of adjusting and testing to make the bike feel and fit great. The selection of accessories is also healthy and well priced.
Got a flat I could not fix myself, arrived 20 minutes before they closed and they got me back on the road within 15 minutes. Great service!
My uncle requested for Jack's Cycle staff to delete my purchase history on a $400 BMX I had bought from this shop, not long after that. My bike was stolen & the staff told me there's no way they can help me. This isn't how business should be done without my consent & signature. Especially if I was the customer who purchased the bike, not my uncle. The shop owner didn't even contact my cell number to notify me that my uncle requested to remove all my information.
I already bought 2 bikes and 1 trailer from them. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I always go there for any bicycle related things. Even helped me to locate my bike when it was stolen by someone.
